    Model of Evolution? 10 free parameters for alignment? Name a constrained and a uncons

    Weiß jemand die Antwort auf diese beliebte Prüfungsfrage?

    Bei den 10 free parameters würde ich 4 base frequencies und 6 rates of nucleotide substitutions tippen (Folie 115 des Foliensatzes mit 172 Folien), Modelle findet man dort auch, nur, welches Modell da constrained bzw. unconstrained ist, kann ich nicht wirklich erkennen.

    Weiß das jemand? Die Frage taucht in den PO's immer wieder auf und ich hab bisher keine Lösung gefunden.
