y1* = 0
y2* = -1
f´(y) = 16y*(1/y+1) + 8y^2 *(-1/(y+1)^2) - 2y - 1
y1* = 0 => -1<0 => asymptotisch gleich
y2* = -1 => 1>0 => instabil
